Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery costs £2.99, but orders £20 and over qualify for FREE delivery, which is automatically applied at checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Do you offer expedited postage?

At present, we do not offer expedited postage options. As this is a new website, we want to ensure we can provide excellent service with standard delivery before introducing faster options. We wouldn’t want you to pay for a service that isn’t fully fine-tuned, but once we’ve settled in, we’ll be offering expedited delivery at a great price.

I’m having an issue with my delivery; can you help?

Please note that Royal Mail has its own response times, which will affect how quickly we can resolve the issue for you.

Do you offer alternative courier options?

We currently only offer Royal Mail for deliveries. This helps us streamline our process and provide you with a better service. We regularly review our choice of courier, and any changes will be clearly communicated on our website.

How do I return an item?

To keep costs down for our customers, we only accept returns in specific cases. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return postage and resolve the issue promptly.
