What does 'Retail Average' mean?
What does 'Retail Average' mean?
Retail Average is the typical market price of a product based on a range of current UK retail listings, including supermarkets, specialist retailers, and import sellers where relevant. Where exact matches are not available, we may use similar products or pack sizes and adjust them to create a fair comparison. For products sold close to or past their best before date, Retail Average is based on equivalent in-date products to show savings compared to standard retail pricing.

There’s no limit on how many products you can buy. You can order as much stock as we have available. If you would like more than what is currently in stock on our website, please Contact Us and we will check availability for you.
We do not currently offer discounts for larger orders, although this may be introduced in the future. For now, you can save on delivery by spending over £20 to qualify for free postage.

Delivery costs £2.99, but orders over £20 and over qualify for FREE delivery, which is automatically applied at checkout.

We deliver to any address with a UK Postcode. We do currently offer international postage.

Where is my order?

Your order can be tracked with Royal Mail once it has left us. As soon as we generate a postage label, we will email you your tracking number. The tracking information will start updating once the parcel has been dispatched. You can track your parcel through the Royal Mail website or app.

If you have any issues with your order, please Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery.
We offer returns for damaged or incorrect products. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. As we sell food products, these are exempt from the usual cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Specifically, Regulation 28 excludes perishable goods, such as food, from the 14-day change-of-mind return period.

For missing or incorrect items, please first check your emails. We always aim to provide accurate stock levels; however, if we are ever short of stock, we will issue a refund and send an email confirmation. If you have not received an email, please Contact Us and we will resolve this for you.
