How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery costs £2.99, but orders over £20 and over qualify for FREE delivery, which is automatically applied at checkout.

Why are some of your prices much lower than RRP?

While not all of our stock falls into this category, a portion is near or past its Best Before End date. This enables us to offer outstanding prices compared to what you’d typically find in supermarkets, while still providing well-known, trusted brands.

Are products past their Best Before date really safe to eat?

Although the majority of our products are close to or past their Best Before End (BBE) date, they remain safe to consume. You may notice a slight change in taste, texture, or smell, but this does not affect safety. Our prices are reduced accordingly, allowing you to enjoy trusted brands at a lower cost.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.
